Jan update Feb goals

January did not go as well as planned... some health issues kept me from working out as much as I wanted... (sometimes I dislike being a girl!!)

anyways here is the breakdown.
6 mile - 1 day
3 mile - 11 day
2 mile - 4 day
1.5 mile - 3 day
1 mile - 5 day
0 mile - 7 day

total = 31 days
total = 56.5 miles

So not quite the 85 miles I was originally aiming for. But I spent the 17th through the 21st basically on my couch because of pain. so 4 days I missed for I am going to call it illness (even though it happens to every girl... I think if it lands you on your back for 4 days it is an illness!!!) So I only missed 3 days for just not wanting to work out. I reached my mile goal by 66%. I made my day goal (28 days out of 31) by 86% (24 days).

The day I walked 6 miles, I did the three mile video in my house in the morning then in the afternoon we walked to the library (1.5 miles away) the second three weren't exactly aerobic miles because I had the kids with me... but it was fun!

So I have decided that my goal for Feb is going to be based more on days worked out than on miles walked. My goal is to walk 26 of 28 days. So far I am falling a little behind I have 5 days of 10, so if I am going to make goal I have to walk more days than are left in the month. So I will be reevaluating that goal next week.

We shall see!
